It started with a booking notebook
How we got here

A notebook and a WhatsApp group
youarepadel™ was born from a request. A club manager in France, three courts, a notebook for bookings and a WhatsApp group for everything else, was looking to stop keeping track of it all by hand.

Pricing you only find out about in a sales meeting
What remained was to look at what already existed: software with high prices, almost never published, with a bill you'd only discover after a sales meeting. For a club with two or three courts, the amount had no relation to actual usage — and giving up a share of revenue on top of that was out of the question.

A displayed price, based on courts
Hence this stance: a displayed price, calculated on the number of courts, and a product that does the essentials well rather than many things poorly. For managers, creating slots and tracking bookings. For players, booking a court and opening their match to others. Everything else came later, and only when asked for.
A simple rate, no commission, no surprises
Why per court?
A single flat fee makes a two-court club pay like a ten-court complex. We wanted the opposite: small operations paying a price sized to them — ten euros a month for two courts, and nothing at all for a court on pause, over winter or during renovation. The rate follows your actual capacity, not a scale that outgrows you.
No commission
Your bookings are the result of your own work. A booking tool should make your business easier, not eat into your margins. No commission, ever.

What we won't do
Touch your money
Payments land on the club's Stripe account, never on an intermediary account.
Lock you into a term
No minimum, no notice period. You leave whenever you want.
Exploit your player database
It belongs to you. You can export it or ask for its deletion at any time, and we never monetize it in any form.
The platform follows what you tell us
We listen to club managers and players, and we keep evolving the product continuously. An idea, something missing, a friction point: write to us with the subject "Feature request" — these messages get reviewed when we prioritize what's next.
