It started with a booking notebook
How we got here

A notebook and a WhatsApp group
youarepadel was born from a request. A club manager in France, three courts, a notebook for bookings and a WhatsApp group for everything else, was looking to stop keeping track of it all by hand.

Pricing you only find out about in a sales meeting
What remained was to look at what already existed: software with high prices, almost never published, with a bill you'd only discover after a sales meeting. For a club with two or three courts, the amount had no relation to actual usage — and giving up a share of revenue on top of that was out of the question.

A product that does the essentials well, and costs nothing
Hence this stance: a product that does the essentials well rather than many things poorly, and that we do not charge for. For managers, creating slots and tracking bookings. For players, booking a court and opening their match to others. Everything else came later, and only when asked for.
Free, and here is why
What booking software is actually worth
Hundreds of euros a month, or a percentage of every booking a club filled itself: that is the going market rate for putting slots online. We chose the opposite — zero, no tiers, no limit on courts, no commission. A club's money has better uses than its software.
Free today, free tomorrow
This is not a launch offer. The core — booking, split payment, public matches, levels, front desk, dashboard — stays free: no trial that expires, nothing to renegotiate. If we build revenue later it will be alongside, never by cutting off what a club already uses.
And no commission either
Your bookings are the result of your own work. A booking tool should make your business easier, not eat into your margins. No commission, ever — your players pay you directly, into your own account.
The functional core will stay free for good. The only fees that exist are Stripe’s, and only if you choose to take card payments. See the pricing page.
What we won't do
Touch your money
Payments land on the club's Stripe account, never on an intermediary account.
Lock you into a term
No minimum, no notice period. You leave whenever you want.
Monetize the data
No data is ever sold or exploited, neither the clubs' nor the players'.
The platform follows what you tell us
We listen to club managers and players, and we keep evolving the product continuously. An idea, something missing, a friction point: write to us with the subject "Feature request" — these messages get reviewed when we prioritize what's next.
