1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the youarepadel™ platform, available at youarepadel.com. By using the platform, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service description

youarepadel is a padel court booking platform that lets players book slots, find playing partners and manage their payments. Club managers can manage their courts, slots and bookings.

3. Registration and user account

Registration is free and requires a valid email address. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Each account is personal and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Bookings and payments

Bookings are subject to slot availability. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Cancellation and refund terms are set by each club and displayed at the time of booking.

5. Liability

youarepadel acts as a technical intermediary between players and clubs. The platform cannot be held liable for disputes between players and clubs, nor for injuries or damages occurring while playing padel.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (text, images, logos, code) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Changes to these terms

youarepadel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change.
