1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the You are Padel platform, available at youarepadel.com. By using the platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Service description

You are Padel is a padel court booking platform allowing players to book slots, find playing partners and manage their payments. Club managers can manage their courts, slots and bookings.

3. Registration and user account

Registration is free and requires a valid email address. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Each account is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

4. Bookings and payments

Bookings are subject to slot availability. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Cancellation and refund conditions are defined by each club and displayed during booking.

5. Liability

You are Padel acts as a technical intermediary between players and clubs. The platform cannot be held responsible for disputes between players and clubs, nor for damages occurring during padel practice.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content (texts, images, logos, code) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Changes to terms

You are Padel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
