We collect the following data: email address, first name, last name, username, playing level, and payment data (processed by Stripe). No banking data is stored on our servers.

Your data is used for: managing your account, processing bookings and payments, matching you with other players, and improving our services.

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with: the clubs where you make bookings, Stripe for payment processing, and AWS for secure hosting.

4. Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (HTTPS), secure authentication (AWS Cognito), and secure data storage.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@youarepadel.com.

6. Cookies

The platform uses technical cookies necessary for the service to function (authentication, language preferences), which do not require your consent. We also use Google Analytics to measure audience on the site and the app, only with your consent.
