Four steps to book

Choose a club
By name, by city or around you. Your favourite clubs are already selected.

The club sets its duration (1h, 1h30 or 2h) and its price, shown per spot.

Private or open
Private: you pay for 2 spots or the whole court. Open: you pay your share, and the other spots open up to players at your level.

Confirm, it's booked
At the club or online, depending on what the club has chosen. You receive a confirmation email.
Private or open match, your choice
Coming with your partners? Book a private match: no one else can join. Short of players? Create an open match: it is offered to players within the level range you choose, who take the remaining spots. You choose when you book, and it can't be changed afterwards.

A level that moves with your results
A seven-question questionnaire gives you a starting level, on a scale from 1 to 7. After that, your ranked matches move it.
Two questions are about how you play (for how long, how often), four check your knowledge of the game (bandeja, chiquita, víbora, positioning after a lob), and the last one is about competition, which carries little weight. The questionnaire alone never puts anyone above 5.7: beyond that, you have to win matches.
One player enters the score, the other team responds
After a four-player ranked match, one of the players taps Enter the score in My Matches. The other team is notified by email: they accept, and the score is validated straight away, or they propose their version, which goes back to you. No manager steps in.
No answer? The score is validated after 24 hours
A reminder goes out after 12 hours. With no answer after 24 hours, the latest proposal is validated as it stands. Until both teams agree, the match counts for nobody.
The adjustment accounts for your opponents' level
Beating a stronger pair raises your level more, and a 2-0 weighs more than a 2-1. Your level moves by 0.15 at most per match, faster over your first five ranked matches, then it settles. Friendly matches don't count.
At the club or online: the club decides
You pay at the club
This is the clubs' default mode. Nothing is charged online: your booking is confirmed straight away, and you pay on site.
Authorized when you book, charged before the match
At a club that takes payment online, your card is authorized when you book, then charged automatically before the match: one hour before by default, up to 24 hours depending on the club. If you book later than that, it is charged straight away. If you cancel before the charge, the match costs you nothing. The money goes directly to the club.
One balance per club
At a club that takes payment online, you can also top up credit from your profile. It is deducted as soon as you book, stays tied to that club, never expires, and is returned to you if you cancel before charge time.
Find the people you’ve already played with
When you pick a player, to complete a ranked match, pay a partner's share or invite someone to an open match, the app first suggests your usual partners: the people you've already shared a match with, and those you've added to your community, which takes effect on both sides straight away. Your favourite clubs are preselected when you book, and the link your club sends you adds that club to your favourites. The same account works at every registered club.
For players
Is the player account paid?+
No, it's free. You only pay for your bookings, at the price set by the club.
What happens if I cancel?+
With online payment, cancelling is free until charge time, which the club sets: your card authorization is released, or your credit is returned. After that, what you paid is no longer refunded. If the club takes payment at the desk, nothing has been charged: cancelling frees the court. If you leave an open match created by another player, only your spot is freed. If you created it, your cancellation applies to everyone and the other players are refunded: let them know.
Can I use my club credit at any club?+
No, it's tied to the club where you topped it up and can't be transferred. It never expires, though.
Do my partners need an account?+
Not for an ordinary private match: it carries only your name. For a ranked match, yes, because all four players must be named. To join an open match, each player takes their spot with their own free account.
Do I need to install an app?+
No, everything happens in the browser, on mobile or computer. The site is available in six languages.
