Is there a commission on bookings?
No. You are Padel takes no commission on your bookings. You only pay the monthly subscription per court. Standard Stripe fees apply (€0.25 + 1.4% per transaction) — those are Stripe's fees, not ours.
When does billing start?
After 3 months of free trial. No credit card required to start. Billing begins automatically in the 4th month, only for active courts with at least one booking that month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No commitment, no contract. You can deactivate your club at any time from your dashboard. Billing stops immediately.
How do player payments work?
Via Stripe Connect. Players pay by card or prepaid credits. Money is transferred directly to your Stripe account, bypassing You are Padel entirely. You have full access to your funds.
What if I have no bookings one month?
You are not billed. Billing is based on active courts that had at least one confirmed booking that month.
