Create your account
Open the sign-up page, or the app directly.
Enter your email, a password (at least 8 characters), a username (letters and numbers only), your first name and your last name.
Accept the terms of use, then confirm.
Enter the Verification code you received by email.
Your address is confirmed: sign in with your email and password.
Find a slot
Tap the Book tab at the bottom of the screen.
Choose the club.
Your favorite clubs are already selected. For another club, tap Choose clubs, search by name, address or city (or My location), tick it and confirm. The heart adds it to your favorites.
Choose the day and, if you like, the time of day (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) or the court type.
Browse the list of free slots, grouped by time.
Each row is a court at a given time, with its duration and price. The duration is set by the club: picking a row means picking the court, the time and the duration.
Book the private match
Tap the slot row, then the Private match card.
Choose how many spots you pay for.
2 spots: your team; the other two spots are paid at the club. 4 spots: the whole court; nobody else has anything to pay.
Leave Ranked match off for a match among friends.
If it is on, the score will count toward the level of all four players, and you must then name the other three: they need a youarepadel account.
Read the box at the bottom, which says how this club takes payment: To pay at the club, or the date and time your card will be charged.
Tap the Book button, which shows the amount.
If the club takes payment online, enter your card in Stripe's secure window and tap Pay: the amount is authorized, not charged yet. If you have credit at this club, you can pay with it.
After booking
- The Match booked screen sums up the match and your share. You also receive a confirmation email.
- The match appears in My Matches, Upcoming tab, and on your dashboard under Your next match, with a Directions link to the club.
- Your partners have nothing to do in the app: a private match without ranking only carries your name. Let them know as usual.
Payment: what depends on the club
Each club chooses how it takes payment. You see it before you book:
- At the front desk: nothing is charged online, your booking is confirmed straight away and you pay at the club.
- Online: your card is authorized when you book, then charged automatically shortly before the match (one hour before, unless the club has chosen a different delay). If you book less than that delay before the match, it is charged straight away. The money goes directly to the club, with no commission.
- Club credit: if you have credit at this club, it is deducted straight away.

Cancel
Open My Matches, Upcoming tab, and tap Cancel under the match.
Read what will happen: before you confirm anything, the screen tells you whether the cancellation is free.
Confirm with Cancel the match.
With online payment, cancellation is free until your card is charged: the authorization is released, or your credit is returned. After that, the booking is no longer refunded.
If the club takes payment at the front desk, nothing was charged online: cancelling frees the court. If you cancel at the last minute, let the club know.
Frequently asked questions
Do my partners need an account?
Not for a regular private match. Only for a ranked match, which requires naming all four players.
How far ahead can I book?
Each club decides, between 4 and 30 days. At a club that takes payment online, it is 7 days at most: each slot opens 7 days before its start time. The calendar on the Book screen stops at the last open date.
Can I choose how long the match lasts?
The club sets the duration of each slot (1 h, 1.5 h or 2 h), shown in minutes on each row. Pick the row that suits you.
Can I turn my private match into an open match?
No, the type is chosen when you book. To look for players, cancel in time and create an open match.
