Create your manager account
Open the sign-up page and choose I run a club.
Fill in the form.
Email address, password (at least 8 characters), username (letters and numbers only), first name and last name. Then the club's name, its city and the number of courts: an estimate is enough, you'll adjust it later.
Accept the terms and tap Create my club space.
Enter the six-digit code you received by email, then log in.
The code confirms your address. Once it is confirmed, log in with your email and password.
Fill in the club form
The Add a club form has three parts.
Location: type the address, the city or the club's name, then choose the right result.
You can also tap the map or use your location. Move the pin as close to the entrance as you can: it is what your players follow to get there. Then check the address, city and postal code filled in automatically. The time zone is worked out from the location.
Your club's name: the public name, the one your players know.
Not the registered company name. This name must be unique on youarepadel.
Country and Currency: they are suggested from the address. Check them.
Tap Add.
What is ready as soon as you save
You don't have to enter everything before you open. When you save, youarepadel sets up:
- Your courts, numbered from 1: as many as you entered at sign-up, or four otherwise.
- Two day templates: one for Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 9 pm, and one for Friday to Sunday, 9 am to 10:30 pm, in 90-minute slots, with a default price per player (€10 Monday to Thursday and €12 Friday to Sunday for a club in euros).
- Payment at the desk: your players book online and pay on site. No bank account is required.
- A 30-day booking window: your players see and book the slots for the month ahead. It drops to 7 days if you turn on online payment.
The schedule opens straight away, already filled in. There is no publishing step: the club can be booked as soon as it is saved. So adjust hours and prices (day templates guide) before you share the club's link with your players.
Name and describe your courts
Open Settings → Courts, then tap a court.
Give it a name if you like (“Center Court”), up to 30 characters.
The name is shown to players next to the number.
Choose the Court type: Outdoor, Covered or Indoor.
Players can filter slots by this.
Tick the Features: Lighting, Panoramic, Heated, Air-conditioned, Wheelchair accessible.
Tap Save.
Apply to all courts copies the type and features to the other courts, never the name.
To add a court, tap Add a court at the bottom of the list: it follows the club's day template from the start. The buttons on each row pause or delete a court.
Invite your players
Open Settings → Invite link.
Tap Share the link and send it where your players are: WhatsApp group, text message, email, poster at the desk.
The link looks like youarepadel.com/c/… A player who opens it logs in, or creates a free account, and your club is added to their favorite clubs: they see your slots first. To help them along, also send them the player guide to booking a first match.
Your club is also part of an open community: players passing through, from another city or another country, find it in their search and book with you.
Online payment, if you want it
By default, your players pay at the desk. If you'd rather they pay online, by card, the money goes straight to your account, with no commission: youarepadel does not touch payments. For this you need a Stripe account in your name.
Open Settings → Taking payment and tap Set up Stripe.
Stripe's form opens in a new tab: club information, bank details, the representative's ID.
Once the Stripe account is active, choose Online payment and desk.

Have you claimed your club's listing?
If you claimed your club's listing in our directory, the app opens My directory listing. Tap Open my club space: the club form is pre-filled from the directory (name, address, location, country, number of courts). Check it and save. The directory listing then shows a button to book with you.
Frequently asked questions
How much does youarepadel cost a club?
Nothing: no subscription, no commission, no limit on courts. The only possible fees are Stripe's, if you turn on online payment. See our pricing.
Can I manage several clubs?
Yes, up to three clubs per account: tap the role switcher at the top of the screen, then Add a club.... Beyond that, write to us.
I already have a player account. Do I need to create another one?
A player account can't open a club by itself yet. Write to us: we open the club on your existing account.
Do my players need to install an app?
No. youarepadel opens in the browser, on a phone or a computer. Those who want to can add it to their home screen.
