Read the day
- The day shown: tap a day in the strip at the top (from yesterday to five days ahead), the calendar for another date, or Today to come back.
- The counters: Bookings (the day's bookings), Free (slots still on sale), Blocked (number of blocks) and Collected (the day's payments, including online shares already authorized but not yet charged).
- The grid: one column per active court. A free slot shows its time, its length and the price of the whole court. A booked slot shows the name of the player who booked it, or your note for a desk booking. A small dot marks a booking that is not fully paid yet.
- Filter: hide courts, or highlight a status (Confirmed, Pending, Desk) or a player.
Enter a booking at the desk
A player books by phone or at the desk? Enter it yourself:
Tap the free slot, then Open at desk.
Add a note: the player's name, their phone number, whatever will help you.
The start of this note shows in the grid: begin with the name.
Tap Save.
See who has paid and take payment
Tap a booked slot to open its details: match type, players, then Total cost, Paid and Amount due, and the list of payments received.
Desk payment: your players' shares are “to pay at the club”. They remain due until you have collected them. Online payment: each share is authorized on the player's card at booking, then charged automatically before the match, at the lead time you chose in Fill-up and card charge.
When the players have paid you on site, tap Settle and confirm.
The amount due is recorded as collected at the desk, and the dot disappears from the grid.
A player didn't show up? Turn on Absent to keep a record of it.
The note field saves on its own as you type.
Block a court or a time range
Building work, a tournament, a group lesson: block the slots so they are no longer on sale.
Tap Block at the top of the schedule, or tap a free slot then Block this slot.
Choose the courts: This court, Choose or all.
Choose the hours: This slot, A range (start and end time) or Whole day.
Choose the days: This day or Several days among those in the strip at the top.
Enter the reason (50 characters at most), check the summary, then confirm the block.
The summary shows the number of slots closed, of bookings cancelled and the amount refunded as credit. The confirm button repeats the number of slots blocked.
To edit or lift a block, tap the blocked slot: Edit block changes the hours and the reason, Cancel this block puts the slots back on sale.
To close a court for several days or weeks: Settings → Courts → the court → Close temporarily, with a start date and, if you know it, an end date. The screen lists the bookings made over the period: tick Cancel and refund these bookings to cancel them.
Cancel a booking
Tap the booking, then Cancel booking.
If payments have already been charged, tick Refund as prepaid credit to give them back to the player as credit at the club.
Card authorizations not yet charged are simply released: the player pays nothing.
Confirm.
The player sees in My Matches that the club cancelled their booking, and what happens to their share. Refunds are made as credit at the club, never to the card. An amount you collected at the desk, however, is settled directly with the player.
Track your revenue
The Revenue tab sums up the month's turnover and the confirmed bookings. The cost of the software is shown there too: free.
Frequently asked questions
Can I move a booking to another slot?
Not directly. Cancel it, then enter it at the desk on the new slot, and let the player know.

No: a desk booking is not linked to any player account.
How do I close the whole club for the holidays?
For a few days, a block on all courts over several days. For a longer period, schedule a version of your day templates with an end date: see the day templates guide.
Where do I see the price per player?
